Completely restored between the end of 2009 and the start of 2011, the structure was the ancient Albergo della Luna, dating back to the year 1368 and is remembered as Rome's first hotel, where Francesco da Carrara, Lord of Padova, had a fireplace built in the hotel's inaugural year.
